Derby, UK – October 2022 – Amygda, a rail and aerospace AI/ML startup focused on removing delays and disruption in transport, is working with LNER’s Future Labs 3.0 innovation programme – a 12-week programme designed to develop innovative technology solutions that solve specific challenges in the UK rail ecosystem.
This programme is supported by industry partners Network Rail, Southeastern, Northern and Alt Labs. This year, the programme brings together 7 start-ups using artificial intelligence (AI) and other innovative technologies to push the boundaries of how digital solutions are delivered to the rail industry, tackling problem statements around safety and security, sustainability, new revenue opportunities, and the future of rail.
Amygda has been developing innovative solutions for the rail sector since its inception and is excited to contribute to LNER’s mission to accelerate rail innovation through technology. Amygda helps rail operators reduce delays and disruption due to equipment downtime, making rail travel more punctual, affordable and sustainable for passengers.
